In 1998, Leaf & Acorn Club Members received a surprise package from F & F. Inside the box, club members received some or all of the following items: Leaf Fence, Street Light and Sign, Mail Box and Bench, the Village Sign, Acorn Street Lamp and the 1997 catalog.
Some early street signs have the street named "Acorn Eve" rather than "Acorn Ave."
