HALLOWEEN SERIES     

The Halloween Series is Silvestri Giftware done by Dean Griff.  The Giftware is not considered part of Charming Tails.  This series is very rare, much rarer than the Peppermint Bears.  According to Dean there were fewer samples made of this series.
