Take Me Home was the 1996 Artist Signature Piece. You could only acquire this piece by attending a scheduled signing event in 1996. A retailer who got a shipment of Take Me Home pieces noticed there were two versions of the piece. One is taller than the other, and the mouse is fatter. The mouse and the leaves also have different coloring.
In the left photo is the actual production piece and the right photo is one found with no Charming Tails label applied around the center of the box.
