Maxine's Snowcap is a Catalog exclusive for Concepts Direct and is limited to 3,500 pieces.  They are available while supplies last and can be ordered by calling 1-800- 272-9236.  This was the 3rd exclusive produced for Concepts Direct in the Charming Tails line.  

Around each of Maxine's outstretched arms is a red string with a dangling snowflake.  The red string is glued to the top of Maxine's hand.  The large snowflake is glued to the top of Maxine's head,  and each tiny snowflake is attached to plastic and glued to the larger snowflake.  Avoid picking this piece up by the snowflake it can break easily.  Someone has purchased a piece with the nose not painted pink (it's white).
