The early GCC release from 1998 has Mackenzie and Stewart with their mouths closed. The regular release in 1999 has them with their mouths open, as shown in the 1999 catalog. Both the bottom stamps in the 98 and 99 version are the same. Skating Party was on the list of top sellers for 1999.
