There's No Rainbow Without The Rain is a QVC exclusive of 1,800 pieces item #C64146.  The set sold out during the QVC show on August 29-30 2001 and  included a figurine, pin and signed artwork.    

Dean announced during the show the figurine will be made available to all retailers in 2003.  However, the print and pin was an exclusive to QVC and is no longer available.
