Maxine's Pumpkin Costume was on the list of top sellers in 1997. In the 1996 catalog (p. 17); 1997 (p. 14); 1998 (p. 13); the flowers on the base are pink, yellow and blue just like in Scooter's piece on the left. The bottom on Scooter's piece is gold with an acorn mark.
The pink flower was changed to a red flower in the 1999 (p.17) and 2000 (p. 23) catalogs.
On my own piece (shown in the right photo), this same flower is neither pink nor red but a deep mauve and has a white bottom rather than gold like Scooter's with the same year mark.
