In the photo below, the bottom of the Lady Bug has limited edition numbers.   This piece is not a limited edition, the factory accidentally assigned numbers to the Lady Bug.    

An earlier printed source said this piece was limited to 7,500 pieces.  However, the production amount was 7,500 pieces, and this may have been the  reason the mixup occured in the factory.  

Also, the 1994 catalog has the eyes different from the other catalogs and the actual piece.
