What A Hoot is the second figurine that the owl has appeared, but the first time we have seen more than his eyes. The owl was first seen in Ghost Stories peeking through the cutout in the tree.
He is one of the newest residents of Squashville and is still without a name. By looking at Mackenzie's expression, the owl appears to be the town "joker" as Mackenzie is laughing so hard he has to hold his stomach.
