Expo Bound was available at the Atlanta and Rosemont International Collectible Expositions in 2000. The remaining inventory that was not sold at these shows was offered to retailers.
The license plate numbers are painted red, however a collector has reported the numbers on her piece were never painted and are brown like the license plate.
