A Budding Romance, issued in the Spring of 2000, is a limited edition of 3,500 pieces.  It can only be purchased through Concepts Direct Catalog Item # 18-5563 by calling 1-800-272-9236 while supplies last.   It is Concept Direct's first exclusive for the year 2000 and their fourth since 1998.
