The top egg is on a spring, some pieces have the egg placed right-side up, but most (including the catalog) have the egg on its side with the top facing the back. The photo negatives in the 1997 (p.33); 1998 (p.26); 1999 (p. 36); and 2000 (p. 39) catalogs are all reversed.
The Limited pieces have a yellow bottom and are hand numbered. Binkey's Bouncing Bundle surfaced in Canada last year, without the limited edition numbers on the bottom. Rumor had it, they were produced for Canada.
However, I can confirm that these are indeed rare samples and that there has never been anything produced just for Canada. The Samples have a white bottom, the green Charming Tails logo stamp, and a white TM sticker. There is no year identification, piece name, or item number on this version.
