The actual piece has Lydia sitting on the gold heart and 3 red and white mushrooms. The picture on the box and in the 2000 catalog have no mushrooms or Lydia on the figurine.
The picture on the right is a photo from the box. Notice there is no Lydia on the gold heart, not as much grass circling the heart and no mushrooms on the piece.
